Simon obtained a LLB (Honours) Law degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Wales, Swansea. He joined Davies, Blunden & Evans in 2005 as a Trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.
Simon has a growing practice in Family Law, including divorce, financial issues and children matters. Simon also deals with Civil Litigation disputes, representing both Claimants and Defendants.
After two years of study Simon is due to finish a Sports Law and Practice Masters degree in January 2011 and will be taking instructions on Sporting Matters including player representation, contracts, event management, commercial advice, regulation, image rights and other associated legal issues. Simon will be happy to discuss any sports law issues that may require assistance. Simon has a number of contacts within the sports industry and practical experience of advising athletes.
Simon is a keen sportsman with a particular interest in golf. He has represented the district golf team, participated in British University Finals and was the Surrey Schools Golf Champion.
