
Renee qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined Davies Blunden & Evans in 1999.
Renee specialises in all areas of asylum, immigration, nationality, human rights and European Union free movement. She has particular experience in entry clearance, family reunion cases and matters outside the Immigration Rules. She has also dealt with cases involving deportation following criminal convictions.
Renee has conduct of a large immigration and asylum caseload including appeals to the Immigration Appellate Authority and Court of Appeal and applications for Judicial Review.
Renee undertakes both private and publicly funded matters and is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
Renee is approachable and has a “hands on approach” to casework, which leads to a better service to clients and success in the litigation process.
